The Environmental Programme of the Romanian partner 2004-2005

The analysis of the environmental aspects carried out during the school-year 2003-2004 helped us to identify the school's activities that have a significant environmental impact and that we should consider in designing and implementing the environmental programme. These activities are:

  • activities of the school organised outside it (extracurricular activities, trips, swimming, camps)
  • interschool exchanges (teachers and students)
  • cleaning the buildings - waste collecting and resource usage
  • securing consumables, including paper for the copying machine
  • hiring services
  • work protection in specialized laboratories- physics, chemistry, biology, informatics.

The aims of the environmental programme are:

  • reducing the quantity of waste
  • economical usage of the paper
  • reducing the energy consumption
  • promoting the eco-products
  • encouragement of the proactive attitude towards environment
  • observing the work protection rules.
